Brandon James Chew

I am a Bay Area based photojournalist. I recently interned at Chicago Tribune and NPR.

My passion for photography began in high school with a Canon A1 Film camera. Black and white film captured my interest and has sculpted my love for photography.

Journalism is my tool to give a voice to others. Through my work, I was able to prevent the relocation of a veteran trailer park community. This level of impact helped me understand the influence my work can have. It is my ambition to continue creating the same level of impact in the future stories I tell.

I look forward to the future and accomplishing as much as I can as a photojournalist.
